Apartments are licensed for occupancy of 6 adults.
Rental agreements must be contracted with an adult, at least 30 years of age.
Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cottage apartments.
It is important for guests to leave at the conclusion of the rental period.
Unapproved extensions are subject to fines and non-discounted rack rate.
Pets, Events, and Parties are not allowed.
